The Indigo Calming Cream
A blue cream with a silky texture that turns clear once applied.
The Indigo Calming Cream is a fragrance-free moisturising cream from Tatcha, created for sensitive and irritated skin. It contains colloidal oatmeal at a concentration of 2%, Japanese indigo and the Hadasei-3 complex. The cream is available in a 50 ml jar with a gold spoon for scooping and in a 10 ml size, and once spread it changes colour from blue to clear. It can be used morning and evening on the face, neck and décolletage, as well as locally on the body.

Japanese Indigo Extract
Japanese indigo extract helps to visibly calm irritated skin.
Hadasei-3

According to the manufacturer, in a clinical study on 30 people, immediately after use 100% of participants showed improved skin softness and elasticity, and 86% confirmed a reduction in the feeling of tingling and tightness. After one week, 90% of participants showed an improvement in visible redness, and in an instrumental test 100% of participants showed an improvement in the skin barrier.
Formula features
The formula was created without mineral oil, synthetic fragrance compositions, sulphate detergents, parabens, urea, DEA, TEA and phthalates. The cream is fragrance-free, dermatologically tested and not tested on animals.
How to use
- Scoop out an appropriate amount of cream (with the gold spoon for the 50 ml jar).
- Gently massage into the face, neck and décolletage using upward movements.
- Use daily, morning and evening.
The cream can also be used locally on the body, on dry and irritated areas of skin.
