Shipping & Delivery

We make sure that every order reaches you as quickly as possible and in perfect condition.

Order processing time

We process orders on business days. Preparing your order for dispatch usually takes 2 to 4 business days from the moment your payment is credited. During the run-up to holidays or periods of high order volume this may take slightly longer – we will always keep you informed.

Domestic shipping costs and delivery times (Poland)

Domestic deliveries are handled by trusted carriers: InPost and DPD. Most parcels are delivered within 1–2 business days from the moment the parcel is physically handed over to the courier (when the tracking status changes to “in transit”).

Domestic delivery prices:

  • DPD Pickup (collection point / Å»abka / Carrefour Express) – PLN 9.90
  • InPost Parcel Locker 24/7 – PLN 1.00
  • InPost Courier (delivery to your address) – PLN 19.00
  • DPD Courier (delivery to your address) – PLN 16.00

International shipping costs and delivery times (European Union)

We deliver to selected European Union countries in partnership with a trusted courier offering convenient delivery straight to the recipient’s address.

Important information about international parcels:

  • They are shipped only after the order has been paid for in advance (prepayment – cash on delivery is not available).
  • Every parcel is carefully protected for transit.
  • The estimated delivery time by road is 3–5 business days, depending on the destination country.
  • Once your parcel is dispatched you will receive a tracking number, allowing you to monitor it at every stage of its journey.

We do everything we can to make the whole shipping and delivery process convenient and transparent for you. As soon as we have prepared your parcel and handed it over to the carrier, you will receive an email from us with a tracking link.
