Brow Tint
Refy Brow Tint is a water-based brow gel that adds colour, texture and hold in a single step. The formula is semi-permanent — it comes off with ordinary makeup remover. It sets in about a minute and holds the brows for up to twelve hours. 8 ml, five shades.
