REFY Blur & Hydrate Primer
REFY Blur & Hydrate Primer is a makeup base that does two things which usually rule each other out: it smooths the surface of the skin and hydrates it. The texture is a gel-cream that absorbs quickly and leaves a soft, slightly diffused finish — without a silicone slip and without mattifying. The metal applicator cools the skin as you apply, which helps with redness and puffiness.
How it works
- Blurring — evens out the micro-texture of the skin, so pores and fine lines read less under foundation
- Hydration — holds water in the skin, so foundation does not cling to dry patches
- Cooling applicator — the metal tip spreads the product and constricts vessels at the same time

Who it's for
