Polite Society More than a Pretty Powder is a new-generation loose setting powder whose effects the manufacturer describes as clinically proven: it minimises the visibility of pores, extends makeup wear and controls unwanted shine, all without talc. The silky, micro-fine powder absorbs sebum and smooths texture, while sitting almost weightlessly on the skin and never looking dry or heavy. Vegan hyaluronic acid and nasturtium extract give a healthy, natural finish in which real skin shows through. The curved sifter hugs the brush and coats it evenly with powder, without mess on the dressing table.

How to use
A fluffy powder brush is swirled around the curved sifter to pick up the right amount of product. The powder is pressed into the skin, focusing on areas prone to oiliness, which blurs pores, extends makeup wear and reduces shine, without the need for baking. The lightweight formula can be reapplied during the day for touch-ups. The manufacturer also suggests combining shades: Brightening Petal above the cheekbones, on the bridge of the nose, the centre of the forehead and the Cupid’s bow for a lifting effect, and Brightening Peach below the cheekbones, along the jawline and on the outer edges of the face to add warmth to the complexion.
