Nécessaire The Detox Shampoo is a gel shampoo for deeper cleansing that immediately removes buildup from products, impurities and hard water. Pine oil, extract and water combine with vinegar in it, lifting residue and helping to refresh the scalp environment. Amino acids and ceramides help nourish the hair, so that after washing it is clean, light and ready for a conditioner or mask. The signature Conifère scent combines juniper, pine, geranium and amber, giving a crisp, grounding impression that accompanies the whole wash. It is a shampoo for moments when deeper cleansing is needed, not a replacement for regular, everyday washing.
Key ingredients
Pinus Sylvestris Leaf Oil, Leaf Water and Leaf Extract
Oil, water and extract from pine needles help lift buildup and product residue and refresh the scalp.
Vinegar and Phytic Acid
Vinegar and phytic acid, listed by the manufacturer in the formula composition, support cleansing away buildup and residue.
Amino acids and ceramides
Glycine, Alanine, Arginine and other amino acids, together with Ceramide AG, AP, EOP, NP and NG, help nourish the hair during washing and balance the action of the cleansing ingredients.

How to use
- Use 1 to 2 times a week or as needed, instead of regular shampoo, when deeper cleansing is needed.
- Apply to wet scalp and hair, working into the roots, then massage gently until a lather forms.
- For even deeper cleansing, leave on for up to 1 minute and rinse thoroughly.
- Then apply a conditioner or mask.
Who it is for
For all hair types, including a sensitive scalp. Suited to those who use styling products, sweat often, live in polluted air or wash their hair in hard water and need a regular reset. Regular shampoo is still used for everyday washing.
