How do they work?

Each decal is a thin transfer film that adheres to the skin using a water-activated method – no glue, no mess. Simply peel, moisten, press, and reveal the glitter hearts in seconds. Removal is just as easy – micellar water, makeup wipes, or oil-based makeup remover will do the trick.
