The Cleanse Oil Makeup Remover is a Japanese cleansing oil developed by Kao under the Biore brand. Thanks to its proprietary formula, the oil removes makeup the moment it is applied—no need for circular massage. Simply spread the oil on your face and rinse.

Formula: The formula is based on lightweight esters—Isopropyl Myristate and Isononyl Isononanoate—combined with Isohexadecane, which effectively dissolve makeup. Emulsifiers such as PEG-7 Glyceryl Cocoate, Polyglyceryl-2 Isostearate, and Decyl Glucoside allow the oil to be thoroughly rinsed off with water. Sorbitol and Glycerin provide moisturizing support, helping the skin retain moisture after cleansing. The formula also includes Dipropylene Glycol (DPG) as a solvent and Phenoxyethanol as a preservative.

Application tips:

• If your skin is very wet (e.g., directly after washing your hair), gently pat off excess water before application.
• No additional face washing is required; however, if a sticky feeling occurs, you can use your regular face wash.
• In cold temperatures, the oil may become cloudy—wait for it to return to room temperature before use.
• For stubborn eye makeup, add an extra pump of oil and massage it into your lashes and delicate areas before rinsing.
